earned by our graduates since 2014
Talent is everywhere.
Opportunity isn't.
We close the gap.
Learnio educates underserved young talents to job-ready digital professionals. Externally sponsored programs, free for students: 6 months training, in local classrooms, local teachers, supported by industry experts. Documented and life changing incomes for graduates since 2014.
The world's greatest untapped resource is human talent.
Every capable young person deserves the chance to contribute, not just those fortunate enough to be born in the right place. Learnio equips underserved youth with the digital skills, communication, confidence, and entrepreneurial mindset needed to earn an income in today's global economy.
Talent doesn't need another five-year degree. It needs an opportunity.
Our Students
From Bhutan to Benin - listen to their journeys, in their own voices.
We prioritize communities with limited access to digital skills training and employment opportunities since we want to improve:
Employment and economic conditions
Access to income-generating skills
Education and employability
But how do we do it?
One model, adapted country by country - from the first partnership conversation to a graduate's first paycheck, and a full year of support after.
Align with a partner
We agree with a donor or institution on the outcomes that matter, find the right local partner to deliver on the ground, and sign a pilot agreement.
Train mentors & recruit
Our international mentors spend a month training a local mentor, while outreach and student applications run in parallel.
Select & onboard
Students are assessed and selected over two weeks, then welcomed in with an inauguration that opens their six-month journey.
Train in a real track
A foundation month in digital literacy, then three months deep in one track - Web Development, Digital Marketing, or Graphic Design.
Make them employable
Two months of job-readiness coaching move graduates into real work, backed by a dedicated coordinator through the transition.
Stay for 12 months
After graduation we follow and support every graduate for a full year - because a certificate only counts once it becomes a livelihood.
The World Bank put in $150,000.
Graduates earned it back twentyfold.
In Albania, the World Bank invested $150,000 to train 500 young women in digital skills with Learnio. Three years on, those women have earned $3.2 million.
See how we made it possible →Disadvantaged communities often don't have the time or resources to pursue a university degree - that's where Learnio comes in.
